Recently reported that Allu Arjun has commenced shooting for his upcoming film directed by Atlee in Mumbai. The latest we know about the project is that the first schedule is going to be a lengthy one, and that the filmmakers have come up with a huge state-of-the-art film set in the ‘city of dreams.’
Shooting for three months
The first schedule of the film will last for three months in Mumbai. Allu Arjun will be shooting for intense action sequences, scenes that have previsualization and also work on portions where the filmmakers can later enhance the visuals by accommodating using VFX. The Pushpa actor is presently shooting in a lavishly built and sophisticated film set. According to sources, Atlee has asked his team to come up with a film set that can accommodate most of the scenes which can be enhanced in the post-production by using AI. “It’s a specially designed blue-mat set equipped with high end cameras, and cutting-edge VFX infrastructure,” informs a source.

Before the film took off, Allu Arjun and Atlee travelled to the Hollywood capital Los Angeles in the US and interacted with several top technicians on how to seamlessly blend AI and VFX into the narrative. “The VFX company will make quality visual modifications to green mat footage. So, the film set has been created in such a way that Allu Arjun can undergo 360-degree 3D scanning for advanced sculpting,” adds the source. All these indicate that the story of the film delves into a “beyond the world” genre, promising a cinematic experience like never before. Production house Sun Pictures wanted to turn the film into a ‘landmark cinematic event.’ Several Hollywood technicians have been flown into Mumbai to oversee the present shooting process.
